Food critic and author Matthew Goodman will moderate a stellar panel discussion that includes Joel Denker, Food Historian, George Washington University; Mark Federman, Proprietor, Russ & Daughters; Mimi Sheraton, food critic and author; Jack Lebewohl, Proprietor, Second Avenue Deli; and Allan Dell, Proprietor, Katz’s Delicatessen. $
