					<description>I very much enjoyed your last post. It was very clever. If you don't mind, I want to correct one small thing. It's not quite accurate that delis all used to be kosher. Katz's is probably the oldest deli in New York, and it was never kosher. At least in New York (it may be different in Canada), the kosher and non-kosher variants of the Jewish deli developed in parallel with each other, not in historical sequence.</description>
