That is, if the developers are going to proceed with redeveloping the site, perhaps it would be a wise business decision to include in there new plans a more contemporary and site-appropriate version of The Rascal House. It would not be untoward to suggest that such an inclusion in there business plan would be a very successful venture. I think that people of the ilk of the Starkmans don't take kindly to being 'pushed', rather, they're much more likely to be reasoned with. Rather than confronting the Starkman’s with an ‘either’/'or’ decision vis-a-vis saving the site for the purpose of keeping The Rascal House - wouldn’t it be more prudent to approach businessmen from a more conciliatory perspective?
