(I know we emailed about sending salamis a few months back, did I miss a mention of Hobby's?) Anyway, we pickle our corned beef in 55 gallon vats in our basement and roast 4-6 40 pound turkeys daily. We are a family business for the past 46 years with my 84 year old father still coming in and making sure everything is up to his exacting standards. Hobby's also has a concession in the new Prudential Center in Newark, the home ot the New Jersey Devils.
