Ted's on Howard and 10th AK subs (it's on rye!) at harrison and 9th. Quincy's on Market Street. It is very hard to find a legit pastrami for less than 10$, but if you really look hard i bet you can find it. I did. Check out my blog, I blogged about quincy's on there.
