Arby's is the only restaurant chain in the world to actually make every single item on their menu magical.

Their magic is that at "Blind Taste Tests" (over 12) with 10 people minimum not one person was able to tell the difference between Arby's Roast Beef, Ham or Turkey. YES ! Magically they all taste the same. I imagine the Corned Beef met this unusual criteria.

Arby's originally started business by buying trimmed beef knuckles from Standard Graded Beef from Swift & Company that were needled with a Jacquard type tenderizer and slow roasting them at a low temperature in a Rotisserie allowing them to set for at least 30 minutes to permit the juices to be retained in the meat the sliced and served under a Infra Red Warmer.

This produced a tasty, tender, medium rare lean roast beef sandwich on a bun that was the only item served and gained them a good reputation.

Never knew what happened to make them into what the evolved into but it's sure weird.

Hey, I loved the post. It's been 5 years since I got the tempurpedic bed that changed my life. My absence of back pain speaks for itself. I always tell people that it is some of the best money I have spent. Anyway, keep up the excellent work!
