I have gone here 3 times -- every time they run out of food. The bagels can run on the slightly stale side because they are dependent on getting them from Montreal. Bernamoff's "zero deli or restaurant experience" is clearly and painfully obvious. New Yorkers don't like getting dicked around when they go out to eat. There are plenty of awesome deli's in the city that make their own bagels and know how to run properly run an establishment. Stay. Away.
