					<description>It seems to me that comparing bagels that have travelled for hours and are no longer fresh out of the oven will never lead to a balanced comparison.  Montreal bagels have a short, albeit absolutely wonderful shelf life, and bringing them to NYC for a taste test takes away from their ideal environment - being eaten fresh out of the oven, or not long after.  They are hands-down the best bagels anywhere!</description>
