As for losing the Deli, we have lost many, but there will always be the few that will hang on and at the very least keep the tradition of flavor moving forward just like Weiss Deli on Corned beef Row in Baltimore, Md.

As the owner of the Empire State Deli in West Palm Beach Florida, I can attest to the fact that a good deli and a good Deli guy is a dying art.
The days of hand sliced Nova and cooking your own Corned Beef are fading and the new generation coming into the biz are cluless.
