Sadly, a small Israeli snack bar located inside the community center failed. I wish the deli owners luck. The state of Washington has a dearth of delis, and was one reason why I moved from Gig Harbor to Las Vegas. They boil, not steam. Levy's cole slaw (not kosher) is the best I've ever had in a deli. Bagel Cafe's bagels, challah, and rye are also good (on North Buffalo). I've lived in Las Vegas 31 out of past 35 years. If I'm not too busy (or lazy) I bake my own bagels. When in Washington and fresh wild salmon was available, I made my own lox, nova, and pastrami lox.
