I tried the Spike 6th and Rye food truck. Ok, its a food truck, not a real deli, but I thought it was decent. The corned beef is lightly smoked (which I like as a pastrami fan), and its a pretty simple sandwich: meat, rye, mustard. Beef was a little chewy, but pretty good. The slaw, which has zero mayo and chefy touches like celery root was really good, crunchy, but light and herby. I could eat a vat of that on a scorcher like it is in DC today. Anyway, I liked it and in a town with limited deli outlets as it is, its a nice addition. The Yelp reviews are horrid, but, its Yelp, so take it with a grain of salt. (And, in a "write your own food truck joke" moment, the Kosher deli truck was next to the Halal Gyro truck and across the square from the Lobster Roll truck - both of which are also pretty good.)
