					<description>I'd like to feel good about the Kutsher's news. I'm not against some refinement of the food, but you can't make kasha varnishkes with quinoa. Perhaps you can make quinoa varnishkes. And citing that substitution makes the entire thing suspect. Buckwheat groats are healthy and key to the taste of that dish. Don't change for change's sake.</description>
